The Gym can be an intimating place to someone who has never had a membership or hasn’t been in a long time. What are the employees like? How do I use the machines? What amenities are available? To help members and potential members get to know their gym a little better we decided to use Facebook’s Live Video Feature.
We have been coordinating with Gold’s Gym personal trainers to post a fun and unique live Facebook video once a month. These 3-5 minute videos range from quick workout ideas and tips, demonstrations of new products and workout machines at the gym, and deeper looks into some of the additional amenities the club offers.
With Facebook Live Videos still being a new feature, promoting organic content through Live Video not only helps it stand out amongst the sea of content users see daily, but it has also been proven to provide a boost in engagement. Sharing these videos has given us a unique way to continue showcasing what Gold’s Gym has to offer while also increasing brand awareness.
